NEW ULM-October 18, 2012-(KMKO)-The New Ulm City Council has approved the use of south German Park as a future dog park.  A citizens group will pay for the fencing and other amenities.  The park would be run at no cost to taxpayers.  City staff says the park is currently under utilized.
