MANKATO-October 15, 2012-(KMKO)-A former Winnebago man remains in custody on five felony charges that he molested a family member.  Despite several pleas from his attorney, 41-year-old Larry Decker Jr. bail will remain the same.  His attorney told the judge they are looking for past police reports he say will prove the victim has made similar claims in the past only to later change her story.  While in custody, Decker has been hospitalized as he suffers from a brain tumor.
