MANKATO-October 15, 2012-(KMKO)-The final phase of the Carney Avenue reconstruction project begins today.  Carney Avenue and Southview Drive (at Gwyn Avenue) will close today.  The intersection is expected to be closed until the end of October. A detour will be provided and drivers are encouraged to take alternate routes.
