WINNEBAGO-October 11, 2012-(KMKO)-The city of Winnebago will delay a decision to hire a replacement for the departing City Administrator Austin Bleess.  Rejecting the two people suggested to replace him on an interim basis, council members say they've been told by the public to slow down the search.  The topic of city administrator will come up again during a special session on October 18th.
