MANKATO-October 10, 2012-(KMKO)-The Minnesota Court of Appeals has upheld the decision of the local court not to allow a man to withdraw his guilty plea to a charge of DWI.  According to the ruling, Steven Dahle was well into the second day of a jury trial in Waseca when he decided to plead guilty to two counts and have another count dismissed.  The court denied Dahle's argument that the district court was acting outside their discretion when they denied his request to withdraw the plea.
