MANKATO-October 10, 2012-(KMKO)-The Blue Earth County Board has approved a fee for the new ATV and mini truck permit.   They can be purchased at the Blue Earth County Sheriff's Office during regular business hours.  The permits are required for ATV's and mini trucks on county roads.  They can be purchased at the Blue Earth County Sheriff's Office during regular business hours.
