MANKATO-October 9, 2012-(KMKO)-The Todd Hoffner defense team has scored a victory. A Blue Earth County Human Services investigation has found no evidence of child abuse by the Minnesota State University, Mankato football coach, prompting his attorneys to ask for a dismissal of the case against him. The 46-year-old Eagle Lake man has been on paid administrative leave since being charged with child pornography. Investigators are using video taken by Hoffner of his three young children as evidence, but his wife has issued a statement saying the charges are ridiculous and baseless.
