MANKATO-October 8, 2012-(KMKO)-Two serious felony charges and two lesser counts have been filed against a Mankato man accused of kidnapping and false imprisonment in a domestic dispute.  22-year-old Brian Marmoejo is accused of hitting and holding captive his live-in girlfriend in his car last Wednesday.  During a hearing on Friday, Marmoejo is being held on $20,000 bail.
