MANKATO-October 5, 2012-(KMKO)–A no-contact order and a domestic abuse no-contact order has been lifted for a Sleepy Eye man who’s going to trial next year.  29-year-old Loren Beltz faces a felony charge false restraint. The request to have the DANCO and no-contact orders lifted was at the request of the victim, who told the judge that while they won’t live together, they still have a child together.  The two-day trial has been set for January 30th and 31st.
