MANKATO-October 5, 2012-(KMKO)-A bench warrant has been issued for a Winnebago man facing misdemeanor charges for not paying $29.15 in gas.  52-year-old James Breeden also has a warrant for allegedly driving off without paying for gas in April.  According to police, a witness gave a description of the man, his vehicle and the license plate number.  The plate matched a vehicle owned by Breeden and video showed him in it.
