MANKATO-October 5, 2012-(KMKO)-A guilty plea to amended charges of gross misdemeanor stalking has been accepted by the judge in the David Rasmussen case.  The 44-year-old Medelia man admitted to sending a threatening e-mail to his father and another man in May.  The sentencing recommendation includes no further jail time.  Rasmussen was released pending his sentencing in November.
