MANKATO-October 5, 2012-(KMKO)-Mankato City Councilperson Karen Foreman invites constituents to join her for a morning conversation tomorrow.  Residents can talk with her about any issue during the meeting at the Hilltop HyVee food court from 9:00 am to 10:00 am.  Karen Foreman represents Mankato Ward 1, which generally serves the hilltop and eastern portion of Mankato.
