MANKATO-October 4, 2012-(KMKO)-A couple arrested for smoking pot while "hanging out" in a car parked in a Mankato alley is in trouble again.  32-year-old Jacqueline Schmidt of St. Peter and 26-year-old Andrew Layton of North Mankato were found by Lake Crystal Police in someone else's house Saturday.  When police arrived, Schmidt was on the couch watching TV and Layton claims he used to live there and was telling Schmidt stories.  The owners were home at the time.  Schmidt and Layton are each charged with felony burglary.
