MANKATO-October 3, 2012-(KMKO)-A judge set bail at $2,000 for a man who allegedly stole a golf cart early Sunday. 19-year-old Matthew Krohn appeared in a Blue Earth County courtroom yesterday, where he was charged with felony theft, gross misdemeanor DWI and fleeing police. Police say they saw Krohn driving the cart on Monks Avenue, where he eventually got stuck, fled on foot, was Tasered and arrested.
