MANKATO-October 3, 2012-(KMKO)-Bail was set at $5,000 for a man who allegedly threatened his neighbors with a nine-inch knife.  20-year-old Darin Brand of Mankato has been charged with felony assault and terroristic threats.  Witnesses say Brand became upset, came out of his apartment and threatened them with a steak knife.
