MANKATO-October 2, 2012-(KMKO)-The attorney for 21-year-old Jordan Cox plans to challenge two felony counts of first degree robbery, saying a robbery never took place. Cox and a second man were identified by the victim who claims to have been beaten up last July after the pair asked for money and were told the victim didn't have any. Cox is also in custody in a separate case for felony assault and fleeing police, along with a charge of DWI.
