MANKATO-October 2, 2012-(KMKO)-Sentencing has been set for December for a 22-year-old Mankato man on assault charges. Johnathan Crape pleaded guilty yesterday. As part of the deal, a felony assault and two lesser charges will be dropped in exchange for a guilty plea to a gross misdemeanor charge of obstruction and two lesser charges of assault. Crape was arrested in July after he refused to leave Boomtown.
