MANKATO-October 1, 2012-(KMKO)-Second degree assault charges are pending against a Mankato man after an incident early yesterday morning. 20-year-old Darin Michael Brand is accused of arguing with neighbors and threatened people with a knife. The incident happened in the 1600 block of Warren Street.
