NORTH MANKATO-October 1, 2012-(KMKO)-The first phase of the Highway 14 project in North Mankato is just about complete.  The detour in North Mankato will be removed tomorrow and two lane, two-way traffic placed on the new alignment until the second phase of construction is complete in the fall of 2013.  This year’s work included included the completion of the roundabout at County Road 6, Pleasant View Drive and Country Road 41.  When it’s done, the project will include a total of three roundabouts.
