MANKATO-September 28, 2012-(KMKO)-A judge left conditional bail at $40,000 for a Vernon Center man charged with a pair of felonies.  25-year-old Timothy Truebanbach remains in jail on charges of second degree assault and terroristic threats.  He pleaded no guilty yesterday and a trial date was set for December 19th.
