MANKATO-September 28, 2012-(KMKO)-Despite pleas to lower his bail, a 19-year-old MSU student will remain in jail awaiting felony charges of burglary, theft and receiving stolen property.  Garang Dang was arrested last week for allegedly taking electronics from an apartment on Balcerzak Drive.  Dang was arrested after he and another man were seen going through a Campus View Apartments parking lot pulling on car and apartment doors.  He also faces charges in another file.  Dang's attorney asked the judge to release him because his family has already paid for school and he has a good explanation.
