MANKATO-September 28, 2012-(KMKO)-A judge has released a predatory offender, but warned him this would be his only chance. 33-year-old Jeremy Thompson is homeless. He twice violated the address reporting guidelines. Mankato police found him living under a bridge an in an abandoned building. His attorney says Thompson is going to school at South Central College and is "trying to move on".
