MANKATO-September 27, 2012-(KMKO)-A North Mankato man fled a local gas station in August after his check bounced and he had no other way to pay for it. 29-year-old Marques James faces a misdemeanor theft charge after the clerk says he verified that the $25.05 check was in fact no good.
