MANKATO-September 27, 2012-(KMKO)-A Mankato man spent his 52nd birthday being charged with DWI in Blue Earth County Court. A summons has been issued for Kent Alan Haugum, who's accused of hitting a parked vehicle while driving drunk on May 19th. He faces six different DWI charges and one count of failing to notify police after hitting an unattended vehicle. Haugum is scheduled to appear in court on October 18th.
