MANKATO-September 25, 2012-(KMKO)—A state weather guru is set to speak at Minnesota State University, Mankato on October fourth. Mark Seeley, a climatologist at the University of Minnesota, will talk about “Climate Change Implications for Minnesota.” This free event will be from 5:00 to 6:30 pm in Ostrander Auditorium.
