NEW ULM-September 24, 2012-(KMKO)-A 48-year-old woman was injured in an ATV accident Saturday near New Ulm. The Blue Earth County Sheriff's Office says Barbara Marti was a passenger on a John Deer Gator driven on the grounds of the Morgan Creek Vineyard by 41-year-old Shawn Hearn. Marti reportedly fell off the vehicle when Hearn was backing up. The vehicle then ran over the woman about 6:00 pm. She was taken to the New Ulm Medical Center. Authorities say alcohol was a factor, and Hearn could face DUI charges.
