MANKATO-September 21, 2012-(KMKO)-Police were able to take a man’s DNA to prove if he was the driver involved in a car accident this summer in Le Sueur County.  A man and woman reported the crash in June and investigators observed that a vehicle went into the ditch, hit a sign, a fence and had since been removed.  But the driver left behind the front bumper and license plate that traced back to a Madelia woman.  The investigation led to a man who admitted he and another man took the woman’s car to a bar in Killkenny.
