MANKATO September 20, 2012 (KMKO) – A woman found by Mankato police walking on Monks Avenue without shoe was allegedly assaulted by her boyfriend.
 
She told police that 20-year-old Brandon Young allegedly grabbed her by the throat, choked her and threw her on a bed.
 
Young denies strangling her but admitted there was a fight over an ex-boyfriend of hers’ and he consumed alcohol.
