MANKATO September 20, 2012 (KMKO) – Assault and drug charges have been filed against a 61-year-old Mankato man during his alleged attack on two women.
 
Police say the two women were “stumbling” on a Mankato street when they waived police down and said 61-year-old Arthur Holland allegedly hit them.
 
A third woman told police she was coming home from church, heard the assault, and called police. Police say the also found a “silver spoon” with either “cocaine or meth on it” and blood around the apartment.
