MANKATO-September 20, 2012-(KMKO)-The Brock-Otto Hall of Champions at Minnesota State University, Mankato has been completely renovated.  The project was done at the request of Dr. Richard Davenport, president of Minnesota State Mankato, who will speak at the ceremony starting at 1:30 tomorrow afternoon. The Hall of Champions was part of the original design for the Taylor Center, which opened in 2000.
