MANKATO-September 20, 2012-(KMKO)-Mankato residents are being reminded to get their indoor furniture back in the house before the arrival of cold weather.  When indoor furniture is placed outdoors it's considered refuse under Mankato's city code.  Loud activity, property maintenance and elimination of junk property and vehicles are all elements that are part of Mankato's city code to eliminate neighborhood nuisances.  To report a furniture violation, or other neighborhood nuisance call city staff at 387-8600.
