NORTH MANKATO September 19, 2012 (KMKO) – A long-time Nicollet County commissioner is taking to social media to help his re-election bid.District 3 Nicollet County Commissioner Jack Kolars has launched a Facebook page to promote his candidacy.
Kolars is currently the most veteran member of the Nicollet County Board, having first been elected in 1999.
