MANKATO-September 19, 2012-(KMKO)-The attorney representing Todd Hoffner has been granted access to home videos submitted by prosecutors as key evidence in the case. The Minnesota State University, Mankato football coach faces child pornography charges after videos he shot of his three children were found on his campus-issued cell phone this summer. Jim Fleming, the attorney representing Hoffner, requested access to a copy of the videos. He had previously been allowed to watch the videos, but only in the presence of a Blue Earth County sheriff's deputy.
