MANKATO-September 18, 2012-(KMKO)-The short detour on Highway 14 west of New Ulm will be in effect until mid-October due to delays in lighting supplies.  The detour began on July 16 for the construction of a roundabout at Highway 14 and Palmar Avenue, the new Menards entrance, and was initially planned to be complete in August.  The detour for the construction of the single-lane roundabout includes Brown County Roads 12 and 29.
