MANKATO-September 18, 2012-(KMKO)-A predatory offender from Mankato has been charged with violating registration requirements.  33-year-old Jeremy Robert Thompson was arrested after a Mankato police officer found him sleeping on the floor of an abandon building on Owatonna Street.  The address he listed belonged to a church.  Thompson faces one felony count of knowingly violating registration requirements or intentionally providing false information.
