MANKATO-September 17, 2012-(KMKO)-The Rock n Roll up your Sleeve blood drive in Mankato was a big success. The event, sponsored by the Mankato office of the American Red Cross, had a goal of 235 units. Donations exceeded expectations, with 254 units of blood collected September seventh through the 10th. That's an 8% increase over the goal. 25% more units were collected this year versus 2011.
