MANKATO September 14, 2012 (KMKO) – The Criminal Sexual Conduct contest hearing for Larry Decker Jr. of Winnebago has been rescheduled.
 
It will be on October 11^th instead of Friday afternoon.
 
During a hearing last month, Decker Jr.’s attorney said his client suffers from a chronic migraine and has a large tumor following a semi accident he was in.
 
The girl claims Decker Jr. molested her at least ten times, including in his semi when she was 12 or 13 years old.
 
Police also admit the girl has been in trouble before and on probation.
