MANKATO-September 14, 2012-(KMKO)-After a 29-year-old Iowa man told a Blue Earth County judge he planned to defend himself, the judge reminded him of a Ben Franklin saying.  "A man who represents himself has a fool for a client."  Jonathan Halvorsen admits he has failed to appear for a hearing numerous times, but denied living at the home where methamphetamine was allegedly found.  He faces one felony count of fifth degree drug possession.  His next court appearance has been scheduled for September 27th.
