MANKATO-September 14, 2012-(KMKO)-Six felony charges, including one count of fourth degree criminal sexual conduct, have been filed against a 20-year-old Mankato man.  The victim and witnesses say Mal Tharjith forced his way into an apartment in the 1800 block of Monks Avenue and assaulted the woman.  He later spit at a police officer and used a racial slur in the Blue Earth County Jail.
