NORTH MANKATO-September 12, 2012-(KMKO)-The state has revoked the license of a North Mankato day care and preschool after an investigation revealed a series of violations.  The Minnesota Department of Human Resources has ordered Trinity Daycare and Preschool to close its doors at 6:00 pm on Friday, September 21st.  Investigators cited the operation for 19 violations, including the physical and verbal abuse of children.  They say staff failed to submit a background study on an individual and the operators knowingly gave false information regarding compliance with first aid training requirements.
