ST. PETER September 11, 2012 (KMKO) – An inmate at the Minnesota Security Hospital in St. Peter faces multiple felony charges for two incidents on two days in February.
26-year-old Michael Paul was committed by Anoka County and is considered “mentally ill” and a “dangerous person.”
In one case he allegedly kicked and hit a male security officer.
The next day, court records say he grabbed a nurse’s arm while she was giving him medication in order to sexually assault her.
