MANKATO-September 10, 2012-(KMKO)-The Blue Earth County Parks Department plans to close the Red Jacket Trail on Wednesday to complete maintenance work.   Crews   plan to fog seal the trail to improve sealing, waterproofing and prevent surface deterioration.  It also helps improve the trail’s appearance.
