MANKATO-September 7, 2012-(KMKO)-The City of Mankato is offering a People's Choice Award for the best photo.  Over 300 pictures were submitted for the Mankato places and spaces contest. Everyone is encouraged to vote for their favorite photos by 4:30 p.m.on September 21st. All photos are on the city website at www.mankato-mn.gov.
