MANKATO-September 7, 2012-(KMKO)-An Austin man faces felony drug charges after a traffic stop in Blue Earth County.  24-year-old Paul Anthony Tray was arrested by Mankato Police early Wednesday morning.  He faces two counts of drug possession and one count of possessing drug paraphernalia
