MANKATO September 7, 2012 – Mankato Police busted a man for drugs who says he had car trouble on his way from Austin to St. Cloud.
 
Police spotted 24-year-old Paul Tracy along Riverfront Drive with the hazard lights on after hitting the median and blowing out a tire.
 
Police say they could smell pot and seized some marijuana, a pipe and some pills including morphine.
