MANKATO September 6, 2012 (KMKO) – Authorities say a rape suspect may have left the country in May and a warrant for his arrest has been issued.
 
25-year-old Khaled Alsh­ammri faces four, felony counts of criminal sexual conduct.
 
According to the court complaint, the victim admits to having eight drinks prior and up to four additional drinks at Mankato bars and was very intoxicated.
 
Police were called to the hospital where the woman had a blood alcohol content of point-205 and DNA from salvia matched the accused.
 
Results of the rape kit just came back on Wednesday.
