MANKATO September 6, 2012 (KMKO) – A bail reduction was denied Thursday for Timothy Truebenbach.The 25-year-old Mankato man has been charged with felony 2nd Degree Assault and Terroristic Threats.
In court, Trubenbach’s attorney asked the judge to lower conditional bail from $40,000 to $10,000 but the judge remanded him into custody.
