MANKATO-September 6, 2012-(KMKO)-A 53-year-old Mankato man with several domestic assault convictions on his record fought with officers as he was arrested for another assault.  After Wade Andrew Gordon's girlfriend told police he assaulted her on the night of September first, officers attempted to arrest him.  Gordon bit an officer's finger during the struggle, but he was eventually apprehended.  He faces two felony counts of domestic assault and one count of terroristic threats for statements he made in jail.  He's also charged with one gross misdemeanor count of fourth degree assault of a peace officer.  Gordon, who has three prior convictions for domestic assault, remains in custody.
