MANKATO-September 5, 2012-(KMKO)-A Mankato man faces felony charges for possessing synthetic marijuana.  24-year-old Dominque Lamar Breham appeared before Blue Earth County Judge George Harrelson yesterday.  He was charged with one count of possessing synthetic cannabinoid and one count of possession of marijuana.  Breham, who has a prior conviction for possession of cocaine, is free on bail.
