MANKATO-September 5, 2012-(KMKO)-The Mankato Economic Development Authority is being asked to approve their tax levy for 2013.  Even though the levy could generate nearly $613,000, city staff has recommended setting the preliminary levy at $220,000.  The EDA is set to meet next Monday at 6:30pm, prior to the 7:00 pm city council meeting.
